This report main analysis feasibility of H&M enter Australia. The first section review the H&M company and products by their design style.

The second section review the information analysis of Australia from dress style, the population structure. The include native culture, government policy and the government system.

The final section review the base installation and carriage model. H&M company used the sea transportation send their products to Australia’s distribution center. This is direct sales.

H&M is an international fashion clothing shops which established in Sweden in 1947, the shops of H&M have been opened about 1700 in 34 countries. (Wang.J 2010) The company have almost 73000 employees today and their turnover reached 132.65 million dollars. H&M ranked king status in clothing brand value so they became more and more powerful. They had a large market in Nordic, in order to make more profit, H&M look at entering a new market in a different country. But there will have lots of problem.

2. Australia — Culture 2.1dress style
Integral style: most of them are from the UKand other Europe countries immigrant descendants, so their clothes clothing will be influenced by the European style of but style is given priority to with casual sex, more affordable brand mostly don't pay attention to design and fabric. So far can't satisfy consumers for 15 to 30, the pursuit of fashions. And H&M to product fashionable, beautiful design, high-end product positioning, cutting good make up this gap.

2.2 the population structure
people need: as more and more Asian people go to Australia to study, clothing market appeared a gap. Because Asians than Europe and the United States immigrants generally petite shape. Local clothing design and workmanship can't meet the needs of Asian fashion clothing. Widespread phenomenon from Asia to buy enough clothes, and then send to Australia. That gap of people exactly is H&M company target market.
