Functions of the Human Resource Office at National Commercial Bank

Two (2) functions of the Human Resource Office are to:

1 Recruit new person for an available vacancy in a business

2 Ensure that the welfare of employees working condition not only meets legal requirements but are conductive to encouraging employees to work at best standard.
