Executive Summary
The Objective of this report is to give a whole idea about the business concept that is going to be launched. The report covers the all the elements that should be covered in order to start the business. In order to start this business there has to be certain criteria that has to be fulfilled, in this report a detail of the where the idea came from ad also how the business is being established and moreover the venture description on the whole project is given in detail. In addition to that the mission statement and also the vision statement are also given. The time descriptions of the cruise from what time to what time will the cruise operate. And the management structure of the business. When starting a business there are so many internal benefits and problems and the external benefits and the problems. These have been divided into strengths and weaknesses as the internal. And for the external it has been divided as the opportunity and the risks and the challenges for the business. Moreover the target market and the competitive strategy have also been addressed. The target market would be the old aged people. And the secondary target market would be the youth. Since this is a leisure business both of them are important. Competitive strategy on how the company is planning to position the product. About the cost and the differentiation of the product. In addition to that the marketing would also be there how the company is going to brand the service and market it. The company would be using the youth target market to advertise in the media that way the youth would be able to deliver the message to the old aged people as the old people are not familiar with the media. And also the place is located in the sea side. This is about one hour away from the city. The financial analysis shows whether or not if the business is financially viable or not. In this section there is a detail description of the costs each partner is contributing, if the company is having any loan, and also the necessary calculations such as the income statement and the balance sheet the cash flow statement and the break even analysis is given. All of this information is to see if the business is financially viable. And also when the company can pay its initial investment back. Moving on to the risks and challenges, this section describes all the risks to the business, for e.g. whether is a very big risk to the business. Likewise all the risks are given and also the challenges to the business are stated in great depth. And how the company is going to overcome these risks is also given. Moving on to the appendices all the diagrams of the income statement and the balance sheet is given. Cash flow and also the equipment costs and all five partners’ contribution are also given. And finally the references of all the sources the information was taken to finish this project.
