Briefly discuss the most frequent mistakes made by interviewers.
Talking too much
An interviewer may possess excellent communications skills and use the forum of the interview inappropriately to demonstrate his/her own skills instead of giving the interviewee the opportunity to sell him/her self. The interviewer should try to rein him/her self in and instead be quiet and listen to what the applicant has to say. 2.
Jumping to conclusions
The interviewer makes an assumption too early based on information given by the applicant instead of listening and evaluating the information in a holistic manner. 3.
Telegraphing the desired answer
The interviewer inadvertently gives the applicant clues as to what kind of information he/she wants to hear....
